How to measure your wrist
  1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape (or a strip of paper or string) snugly around your wrist bone.
  2. Mark the spot where it overlaps.
  3. Lay it flat against a ruler and enter that number above.

No tape measure? Wrap your thumb and middle finger around your wrist: they overlap = Small (5–6"), just touch = Medium (6–6.5"), don't touch = Large (6.5–7.5").
